School Supplies
General school supplies are PROVIDED by our Home & School Club for ALL students. These are specific class/grade level supplies that are suggested and wish lists created by teachers.
First Day of School
Mark your calendars; the first day of school is Thursday, August 14, 2025. Transitional Kindergarten and Kindergarten have modified schedules for the first few weeks of school. Please see below for details.
TK/K Modified Schedules
Transitional Kindergarten
- From Thursday, August 14th through Friday, September 5th, Transitional Kindergarten students will be dismissed at 11:40 am
- Full-day schedule for Transitional Kindergarten students will begin on Monday, September 8, 2025
Kindergarten
- From Thursday, August 14th through Friday, September 5th, Kindergarten students will be dismissed at 11:40 am
- Kindergarten Teachers will use these 15 days for student assessments and work their contracted hours
- Full-day schedule for Kindergarten students will begin on Monday, September 8, 2025
Teacher Assignments
Student class lists/assignments will be posted on your child's school website on Tuesday, August 12th after 6 pm. You will be receiving an email on Friday, August 8th with your child's student number which will be used as identification for their specific classroom assignment.
Attendance
Consistent school attendance is key to success for your child. Ensuring your child is on time and in attendance on the first day of school is very important. Students who are not in attendance on the first day of school will be dropped from enrollment at the end of the day unless we receive communication from their parent/guardian regarding the reason for their absence. If your child has five unexcused absences during the first week of school, Aug 14th-20th, your student will be dropped from enrollment at the end of the day on Aug 20th. If your child is dropped for any reason, you will need to re-enroll your child with the Cambrian School District. Thank you for making your child's attendance a priority to support their learning.
